By downloading, installing, or using Somnus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Somnus is a sleep aid application that provides:

• Adaptive soundscapes designed to help you fall asleep
• Simple sleep tracking and feedback
• Optional premium features through in-app subscription

Somnus is NOT a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

IMPORTANT: Somnus is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• If you have a sleep disorder, consult a healthcare professional
• Do not use Somnus as a replacement for prescribed treatments
• We make no medical claims about the effectiveness of Somnus
• Results may vary from person to person

You agree to:

• Use Somnus only for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Not use Somnus in any way that violates applicable laws
• Not attempt to circumvent any security features
• Provide honest feedback to help improve the app

Somnus Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription:

• Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Pricing and subscription options are displayed in the app and may vary by region.

All content in Somnus, including:

• Sound recordings and compositions
• Visual designs and user interface
• Text and copy
• Software code

...is owned by Somnus or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Somnus is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee that Somnus will help you sleep better
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of Somnus
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Somnus Premium (if applicable)

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue Somnus at any time
• Terminate your access if you violate these terms
• Change features or pricing with notice

You may stop using Somnus at any time by deleting the app.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated terms in the app
• Updating the "Last Updated" date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
